Weekly SDMNY Informational/Sign-Up Sessions (Afternoons)

Attend a Zoom Informational/Sign-Up Session and learn about Supported Decision-Making (SDM) and the Supported Decision-Making New York (SDMNY) facilitation process. The Sessions provide the opportunity for Individuals, Parents, Guardians and Caregivers to ask questions and enroll in SDMNY.
SDMNY Informational/Sign-Up Sessions occur weekly, each Thursday and afternoon sessions are scheduled as follows:
- July 13 at 4PM
- July 27 at 4PM
- August 10 at 4PM
- August 24 at 4PM
- September 7 at 4PM
- September 21 at 4PM
