Weekly SDMNY Informational/Sign-Up Sessions (Mornings)

Attend a Zoom Informational/Sign-Up Session and learn about Supported Decision-Making (SDM) and the Supported Decision-Making New York (SDMNY) facilitation process. These Sessions provide the opportunity for Individuals (prospective Decision-Makers), along with their Parents, Guardians and/or Caregivers to learn about the process, understand the commitments, ask questions, and enroll in SDMNY. Attendance of the individual who will participate is required for sign-up.
SDMNY Informational/Sign-Up Sessions occur weekly, each Thursday and morning sessions are scheduled as follows:
- July 6 at 11AM
- July 20 at 11AM
- August 3 at 11AM
- August 17 at 11AM
- August 31 at 11AM
- September 14 at 11AM
- September 28 at 11AM
