Weekly SDMNY Informational/Sign-Up Sessions (Afternoons)

Attend a Zoom Informational/Sign-Up Session and learn about Supported Decision-Making (SDM) and the Supported Decision-Making New York (SDMNY) facilitation process. These Sessions provide the opportunity for Individuals (prospective Decision-Makers), along with their Parents, Guardians and/or Caregivers to learn about the process, understand the commitments, ask questions, and enroll in SDMNY. Attendance of the individual who will participate is required for sign-up.
SDMNY Informational/Sign-Up Sessions occur weekly, each Thursday and afternoon sessions are scheduled as follows:
- October 5 at 4PM
- October 19 at 4PM
- November 2 at 4PM
- November 16 at 4PM
- November 30 at 4PM
- December 14 at 4PM
- December 28 at 4PM
